Better World Books has enjoyed impressive growth, scaling to $31 Mil in just over five years!  They have more than 250 employees at the time of this writing. 

Xavier and his partners started Better World Books back in 2002 from a simple book drive at Notre Dame University.  Xavier’s story is truly compelling - one that includes a real passion for literacy and corporate social responsibility.  Simply take a look at their home page and you see passion written all over it - from the number of trees saved to the number of dollars given away to support literacy around the world!
