Week 4:  Execute they Purpose

  1. •This week’s objective is to show you a method for running your business on one sheet of paper!  You will walk away with the tools and techniques for bringing your strategy into focus in a clear, concise six-month action plan that will align all your company’s resources.  In addition, we will discuss how you can use this one-sheet action plan to drive communication, reward/recognition and budgeting.


Week 5:  Establish the Rhythm

  1. •This week’s objective is to describe for you how to drive a “rhythm” in your business.  A rhythm that ensures that you take a proactive role in establishing your corporate culture.  You will walk away with an understanding that will help you with a game-plan for driving this rhythm into every part of your organization; ensuring focus, growth and satisfaction.


You will receive an electronic ScalePassion Guide that will walk you through the course and ask you to participate in weekly, self-directed activities; all geared toward allowing you to develop an operations plan that includes:

  1. •An outline of your key marketplace and customer profiles and trends

  2. •A three-year vivid description and vision
