Robert U. Craven is the founder of ScalePassion and LaunchNatural.  His calling is to help passionate, “change-the-world” entrepreneurs take their businesses to another level.  He was most recently the President & CEO of New Organic Ventures and NewOrganics, an organic ingredient distributor. He oversaw NewOrganics’ 118% growth in two years.

Previously, he was the President & CEO of Garden of Life, a leading dietary supplement company. He oversaw its growth when Garden of Life was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #14 fastest-growing private company in the US.

Craven has worked directly for Procter & Gamble, Boston Scientific and The Hackett Group. In addition, he has been a driving force in launching three successful start-up companies. He started his career in sales, moved into executive roles in marketing, developed companies as an entrepreneur and has led strategy teams and projects in consulting prior to his CEO position.

Craven sits on the Board of Kid’s Kritic and Impact Coffee where he assists with best-practice strategy and execution. Craven was the driving force in starting Impact Coffee, a non-profit that assists inner-city kids with running a fair trade, organic coffee company to the benefit of their community and the Ethiopian village where the coffee beans are picked.
