1.  Rapid Diagnostic

Based exclusively on company provided materials, key interviews and the LaunchNatural team’s experience in and knowledge of the industry, the team will evaluate the company’s products, plans and management and provide a top level diagnosis of the company’s strategy and resources and, if appropriate, a proposal to build a business plan.

This simple process ensures there is a viable growth opportunity and potential partnership before expending significant capital.

2.  Launch Planning

The LaunchNatural team builds a comprehensive plan for launching your brand into the US natural products retail market.  This 4-5 week process provides the blueprint for launch, including:

  1. A full marketplace analysis for your product idea and story

  2. A comprehensive review of client objectives and current situation

  3. A sales plan which includes retail roll-out, key sales broker utilization & oversight, call-center usage (where needed) and revenue projections

  4. A marketing plan which includes brand, education, social media and communications strategies

  5. A product development plan (where needed) which outlines an 18 month view of recommended product innovation and roll-out

  6. An operational plan which includes fulfillment, sourcing and manufacturing recommendations

  7. A three year vivid description of growth with major milestones, revenue and profit expectations

  8. A more detailed eighteen month pro forma financial view with line item budgets and product launch expectations

The Launch Plan is an excellent opportunity for us to get to know each other's culture, priorities and work style.  It also allows for both parties to understand the value of working together more deeply. 3.  Pre-Launch Phase

The Pre-Launch phase lasts 4-12 weeks and prepares the company for launch - typically at an industry event like an Expo or other major conference.  Preparations typically include:

  1. Finalizing marketing messages, packaging, web site design, and key “connector” initiatives

  2. Preparing sales efforts - training sales force, hiring key educators if needed, crafting sales & support materials, show preparation, etc.

  3. Preparing the supply chain for scale

  4. Infrastructure prep - call center scripts and recordings, product support scripts, chart of accounts setup if needed, etc.

The Pre-Launch Phase ensures that the entire team is ready for launch.

4. Launch & Growth

LaunchNatural typically launches a project at a major show such as Expo West or East for maximum effect.  For launch, LaunchNatural will:

  1. Introduce the brand to key retailer and industry partners

  2. Lead sales efforts to support the plan

  3. Oversee show setup and delivery of show objectives

  4. Ensure product is ready for delivery

  5. Ensure corporate infrastructure is ready and operating at the highest level to support on-going sales
